How to get to Amalfi
The nearest airport is Naples, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Amalfi. For a smooth and comfortable journey to the Amalfi Coast, we recommend arranging an airport transfer in advance through your hotel.
Transfers
Transfers will depart from our recommended hotels and from the center of Amalfi. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please make your own way to one of the hotels on our list or to central Amalfi to join the transfer.

Please note that wedding transportation will depart only from the hotels listed above and from designated pick-up points in central Amalfi.
Guests choosing to stay elsewhere will need to make their own way to one of the designated pick-up points.

If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast just for the wedding weekend and staying in Amalfi, we recommend not renting a car, as transfers will be arranged for the various wedding events.
If you’re staying a little longer and would like to explore at your own pace, renting a car can be a convenient option. Amalfi is also well connected by ferry to Positano, Capri, Sorrento and Salerno, allowing you to explore without worrying about traffic or parking.
For groups, we highly recommend renting a private boat to explore the coast and stop for lunch in Positano or Nerano at one of the wonderful restaurants along the way, such as Da Adolfo, Lo Scoglio or La Conca del Sogno.

Restaurants & Places to Visit
AMALFI
For a great lunch or dinner, we recommend Da Gemma, Terrazza 17, Taverna Buonvicino or Ristorante L’Abside. For something special, Senzafine at Hotel Santa Caterina and Alici at Borgo Santandrea are excellent choices. For a day by the sea, try Santa Croce Restaurant & Beach Club or Lido degli Artisti Beach Club.
RAVELLO
Visit Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone for beautiful gardens and spectacular views. For lunch or dinner, we recommend Mimì Pizzeria & Cucina or Terrazza Maraviglia at Palazzo Avino. For a drink with beautiful views over the coast, visit Belmond Hotel Caruso. Trattoria Da Lorenzo in Scala, overlooking Ravello, is also worth a visit.
We recommend booking restaurants well in advance, especially during the summer months.
